During the initial consultation, we will discuss your design goals, preferences, and investment. We’ll also take a look at the space (either in person or virtually) providing you with some initial design ideas while gathering the scope of work to provide a custom proposal and onboard your project.

In the design concept phase, we work closely with you to understand your personal needs, preferences, and goals for the space. Applying market data, we then develop our initial ideas and creative vision that will guide the rest of the design.

Design Development

During the design development phase, we create detailed plans of your space, including furniture, materials, and finishes. Each step of the design development phase includes your input and feedback until you feel completely happy and at ease.

Ordering & Procurement

Once you feel confident about the plans discussed, we begin ordering and procuring phase of your project. We are passionate about sourcing quality, unique pieces that feel special and appropriate for your life at home.

Project Management

At every stage of your project, we're there coordinating every detail. Meeting with our trade partners to oversee paint, light fixtures, drapes, and wallpaper, making elevated design choices along the way come standard with our services. We keep the work on your home moving forward with a meticulous, hands-on approach.

Installation & Styling

Finally, we put everything in it's place, styling each item and overseeing the installation of every piece. This is where we'll also take care of all of the finishing touches like art and decor. We make sure the final details come together in just the right way.

In addition to our service fee, you are responsible for the costs of furniture, receivers and travel expenses if required, installation labor, and contractors such as painters, wallpaper installers, and photographers.
