A full-service residential design introducing a modern lens to a 1965 home, where natural light and the surrounding views take center stage. Working within the existing footprint, we focused on the details that quietly shape how a space is experienced. Material selection, finish carpentry, and a continuity of palette that carries through every room. Each decision was made in service of flow, connection, and the efficient use of square footage, anchored in a sophisticated, minimalist west coast aesthetic. The result is a residence that honours the architecture of its era while offering a quiet, modern sanctuary.
