A full-service short-term rental design focused on elevation over reinvention. Working within the existing footprint, we introduced a considered layer of cosmetic upgrades, including paint, wallpaper, wainscoting, and backyard amenities developed to strengthen the property's performance and extend guest stays. Furnishings were specified and installed throughout, curated to feel sophisticated and collected while remaining aligned with the client's brand and true to the character of the home.
