A full-service residential design and contracting project taken from concept through completion, set in the heart of Yaletown. Approached as a considered flip, the work centered on transforming a previously closed-off two-bedroom layout into a fully functional, open-plan home designed for modern downtown living. Every detail was carried through with intention, from a refined material palette anchored in warm wood and quiet neutrals to the clean architectural lines that define the space.
